How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka, delivery takes 2–3 business days. Outside Dhaka, it takes 3–5 business days. If there's ever a delay, we'll let you know.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Every product page has its own size chart, since Farshi Salwar Sets, Kurti Sets, Co-ord Sets and Festival Wear are each cut differently — look for the "Size Guide" link next to the size selector. Most of our pieces are freesize, so the measurement range matters more than a label like S/M/L.
Where can I see all the measurements at once?

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
We don't accept returns once the delivery person has left.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — but only if you received the wrong product or the wrong size. Let us know within 2–3 days of delivery, and the item must be unworn with tags still attached.
